- Full-time, remote position (Dallas, TX preferred)
- Opening date: October 10, 2025
What You’ll Do
- Review, prepare, and certify client deliverables including actuarial valuations, reports, benefit statements, plan documents, and employee communications
- Perform and review nondiscrimination testing, ASC 715/960, and combined plan testing
- Research pension law, IRS code, and technical resources to resolve client issues
- Answer technical questions from staff and provide training as needed
- Review benefit calculations, Form 5500s, PBGC forms, and IRS determination filings
- Ensure client projects meet quality standards and organizational service expectations
- Support other teams and projects as needed while protecting confidential client data
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field
- Enrolled Actuary designation with 5+ years of industry experience
- Advanced knowledge of pension law, plan documents, and IRS determination letters
- Expertise in actuarial valuations and pension valuation software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong technical, analytical, and research skills
- Ability to explain complex issues to staff and clients clearly
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and teamwork abilities
