Schedule
- Temporary, full-time, 100% remote
- Training: first 2 weeks, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm EST
- After training: evening shifts (EST) assigned as:
- 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
- 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
- 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
- Class start dates: 10/15, 10/29, and 11/12
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats for account-based employee benefit plans (FSA, 529 plans, retirement accounts, and state-sponsored programs)
- Review claims, administer payments, and update account information accurately and on time
- Proactively engage participants, anticipate needs, and provide solutions to ensure excellent customer experience
- Process both financial and non-financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, plan documents, and company policies while protecting confidential data
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with claims processing systems a plus
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
- Quiet, uninterrupted home workspace with reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps minimum; wired connection required for call center roles)
