Schedule
- Fully remote role (must reside in AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY)
- Flexibility required, including some evenings and/or Saturdays
What You’ll Do
- Contact members by phone or written communication regarding delinquent loans
- Determine cause of delinquency and develop repayment arrangements
- Suggest solutions through repayment plans or alternative sales initiatives
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to support members’ financial well-being
- Make recommendations to supervisors for escalated actions when needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 6+ months direct customer service or sales experience
- 1 year of collections preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Call center experience a plus
- Comfortable using PC and office equipment
