Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- One evening shift until 9pm each week
- One Saturday shift (8am–4pm) every 7 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Verify customer loan information via inbound and outbound calls (identity, employment, address, etc.)
- Identify unusual scenarios and escalate risk-related issues when needed
- Document all updates accurately in operating systems
- Handle inbound/outbound dealer calls on verification disputes (loan terms, documents, project completion, etc.)
- Relay account information clearly to customers regarding interest, statements, and terms
- Review processing status to ensure all calls are handled correctly and routed appropriately
- Maintain a thorough understanding of FFC policies and verification procedures
What You Need
- Bilingual: Spanish/English required
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Strong typing and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email)
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone presence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
