Schedule
- Full-time, steady role with no end date
- Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm PT
- Production: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- No weekends, 100% remote U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Process referrals and prescription renewals, ensuring timely follow-up with clinical teams
- Maintain strict confidentiality with patient health information
- Upload, scan, and organize documents within patient charts
- Relay provider communications and escalate issues as needed
- Support call center management and additional assigned tasks
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center customer service experience
- Consistent work history (minimum 1 year tenure in prior roles)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools while engaging with patients
- Quiet, secure home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
- Knowledge of privacy regulations for handling sensitive health data
- Preferred: experience with EMR systems (including EPIC), medical terminology, and appointment scheduling; ability to handle high call volumes; dual-monitor setup
Benefits
