Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Training: 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- Production: 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- No weekend work required
- 100% remote, U.S. based
What You’ll Do
- Verify provider credentials through approved sources quickly and accurately
- Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications
- Maintain provider information and demographics in the credentialing database
- Monitor delegated entity data and flag compliance issues
- Communicate with providers and office staff about credentialing status
- Safeguard sensitive data while supporting compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state standards
What You Need
- 1+ year of provider credentialing experience with a health plan
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
- Proficiency typing 50 WPM and 135 KSPM on ten keys
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication
