Schedule
- Full-time, steady role with no set end date
- Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm PT
- Production: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–8:00pm PT
- 100% remote, U.S. based
What You’ll Do
- Verify member coverage, benefits, eligibility, and claim payment status
- Estimate out-of-pocket expenses and explain copayments
- Ensure compliance with BroadPath, client, and HIPAA regulations
- Meet performance goals for call quality, efficiency, adherence, and attendance
- Deliver a professional and positive call experience consistently
What You Need
- 6+ months Medicare experience (within the last 4 years)
- 1+ year as a health plan Provider and Member Customer Service Representative
- 1+ year of recent remote work experience
- Strong multitasking skills with computer and phone systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay focused and productive in repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as client needs shift
