Schedule
- Full-time, no weekends
- 4 weeks of training (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm EST)
- 2 weeks nesting, then steady production schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–9:30pm EST)
- 100% remote, U.S. based
What You’ll Do
- Handle a minimum of 50 calls per day, assisting members and providers with professionalism
- Educate members on plan procedures, benefits, and services
- Meet call center metrics for quality, call volume, and adherence
- Support team projects during low call volume
What You Need
- 1+ year healthcare or health plan experience
- 1+ year customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Quiet home workspace with reliable internet
- Preferred: knowledge of Medicaid Managed Care

- $14/hr during training and nesting; $16.50/hr after 1 week of production
