Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours between 8:00am–9:00pm ET, assigned based on business needs
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to resolve member or patient inquiries
- Provide information on benefits, eligibility, coverage, and claims
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with providers
- Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription renewals
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR or CRM systems while following HIPAA compliance
- Escalate complex issues to the proper team or supervisor
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center customer service experience
- 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across systems while handling calls accurately
- Stable work history with proven reliability
- Private, dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
Preferred Skills
- Appointment scheduling or benefits support experience
- Familiarity with EMR or CRM systems
- Experience with EPIC, Facets, or similar software
- Knowledge of medical or insurance terminology
