Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time schedule
- Regular inbound call support
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and schedule patient appointments across multiple locations
- Document requests, confirm appointment details, and provide excellent customer service
- Determine the appropriate clinician, location, and appointment type for each patient
- Manage incoming faxes from referral sources and route inquiries
- Contact patients to follow up on no-shows or rescheduled visits
- Support referral coordination and triage general inquiries
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology preferred
- Experience in a medical office, EMR systems (NextGen), or orthotics/prosthetics a plus
- Spanish language skills a bonus
