Schedule
- Remote role (US-based applicants only)

What You’ll Do
- Manage property listings and respond to customer inquiries and documentation needs
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects from multiple lead sources
- Track leads, buyers, and sellers using CRM and multiple listing systems
- Coordinate open houses, staging, and property repairs
- Provide clients with insights on markets, neighborhoods, and amenities
- Schedule meetings and appointments between clients, agents, and brokers
- Handle general administration and ad hoc tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant business certification
- 1+ year experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in CRM and multiple listing software
- Knowledge of property management systems (AppFolio, Buildium, etc.)
- Content writing or copywriting skills for property marketing
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Required equipment: noise-canceling headset, webcam, computer (1.8 GHz+, 4GB RAM), internet speeds of 25 Mbps (primary) and 10 Mbps (backup)
