Schedule
- Remote role (US-based applicants only)

What You’ll Do
- Manage invoices, track payments, and record company expenses
- Gather and synthesize data into reports, presentations, and comparative analyses
- Handle data entry, meeting minutes, payroll info, and research notes
- Conduct product research, secure samples, and support CRM data for campaigns
- Organize files, documents, and internal communications
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prevent conflicts
- Prepare itineraries, book travel, and assist with logistics
- Manage emails, follow up on correspondence, and maintain organized inboxes
- Upload content, monitor reviews, and ensure profiles stay current
- Support C-level executives with ad hoc tasks and project monitoring
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leaders
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (required)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, B2 level or higher)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with MS Office, online calendars, and cloud-based tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new technologies
- Required equipment: noise-canceling headset, webcam, two computers (1.8 GHz+, 4GB RAM), and internet speeds of 25 Mbps (primary) and 10 Mbps (backup)
