Shifts: 1st and 2nd (must include one weekend day)

What You’ll Do
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, following protocols to prioritize responses
- Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and active listening
- Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering reassurance in stressful situations
- Document calls, dispatches, and messages accurately in real time
- Verify and update customer records in the system
- Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues
- Suggest preventative healthcare services where appropriate
- Protect member privacy while handling sensitive information
- Navigate multiple screens while talking and typing simultaneously
- Complete all new hire training and compliance testing
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–1 year of customer service experience (contact center or healthcare preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Calm under pressure, empathetic, and professional
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and toggle between multiple systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Availability for weekends, overtime, and flexible shifts
- Reliable internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
