Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Active role in pre-employment, onboarding, and follow-up check-ins
- Must be comfortable with extended hours during busy proposal or onboarding cycles
What You’ll Do
- Manage the new hire onboarding process from pre-employment communication through the first 30 days
- Communicate requirements clearly and ensure timely task completion using tools like Smartsheet
- Conduct 15- and 30-day check-ins with new hires to support integration
- Process background checks and maintain secure records in compliance with company standards
- Use HR systems including ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage
- Respond to tickets promptly, participate in team meetings, and help improve SOPs
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive materials and ensure compliance with all security standards
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR, or related support roles (or equivalent education/experience)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $16–$22/hour
