Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Active role in pre-employment, onboarding, and follow-up check-ins
  • Must be comfortable with extended hours during busy proposal or onboarding cycles

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the new hire onboarding process from pre-employment communication through the first 30 days
  • Communicate requirements clearly and ensure timely task completion using tools like Smartsheet
  • Conduct 15- and 30-day check-ins with new hires to support integration
  • Process background checks and maintain secure records in compliance with company standards
  • Use HR systems including ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage
  • Respond to tickets promptly, participate in team meetings, and help improve SOPs
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive materials and ensure compliance with all security standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR, or related support roles (or equivalent education/experience)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with team members

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $16–$22/hour
