Senture supports healthcare clients with member outreach that drives real results. You’ll schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations by engaging members, answering questions, and overcoming objections—backed by paid training, provided equipment, and a growth-minded culture.
Schedule
- Fully remote; company equipment provided
- Paid, mandatory training: 2 weeks, 100% attendance required
- Call center hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET; Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls (avg. ~50/hour) with an auto-dialer; handle limited inbound calls
- Use scripts and approved rebuttals to explain and schedule free health evaluations with licensed providers
- Navigate multiple systems to set, adjust, or cancel appointments and document every interaction accurately
- Meet daily targets for appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity; complete overtime as needed
- Follow HIPAA and escalate member complaints appropriately; participate in peer coaching
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, converse)
- Strong sales aptitude and motivation to hit monthly incentives
- Friendly, professional phone presence; clear communicator who follows schedules and feedback
- Proficient with multi-system navigation and auto-dialers (high-volume call center experience preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States; pass pre-hire testing, background check, drug screen; provide two valid IDs and proof of education

Home Office Requirements
- Hardwired cable/DSL/fiber internet: 20 Mbps upload, 5 Mbps download, ≤100 ms latency

- Adhere to security and schedule standards
