Schedule
- Remote role, must reside in CO, NM, TX, AZ, UT, or NV
- Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week minimum
What You’ll Do
- Call Medicare patients using enrollment software (avg. 15 calls/hour)
- Explain program benefits, eligibility, and enrollment process
- Build trust with patients, overcome objections, and drive enrollments
- Document all interactions with accuracy and thoroughness
- Share recurring issues and feedback with management for improvement
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong verbal communication and closing skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using new software
- Self-directed with excellent time management and organization
- Experience in outbound sales, healthcare enrollment, or Medicare outreach is preferred
