What You’ll Do
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
- Answer inbound calls in real-time and assist prospective patients with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule them with the right clinician
- Track and manage lead progress to maximize booking rates
Sales & Conversion Optimization
- Understand each client’s services and patient base
- Use confident, action-oriented communication to address objections and drive conversions
- Refine scripts and strategies to improve conversion performance
- Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, appointments, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate scheduling with client availability
- Provide feedback on lead-handling trends, objections, and opportunities
- Ensure timely communication with both leads and client teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
- Confidence with inbound and outbound calls
- Strong persuasion skills and a proven focus on conversion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CRM/scheduling software proficiency (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines
- Proactive mindset with ownership over hitting booking targets

Compensation & Benefits
- $42,000 – $55,000 annual salary
