  • Full-time, remote call center role
  • Eligible states include: Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Michigan, Oregon, and others

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer service excellence by handling inbound calls and resolving technical inquiries
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, and PCs
  • Use multiple systems to research, document, and deliver efficient solutions in real time
  • Adapt communication style to connect with a diverse customer base
  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and resolve complex issues

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior customer support or technical assistance experience (call center preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure
  • Knowledge of consumer technology (smartphones, PCs, Apple devices)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems with confidence
  • A self-motivated, time-managed approach to working from home

Work-from-Home Requirements

  • Private, quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
  • Ethernet (wired) connection required—Wi-Fi not acceptable
  • Ergonomic desk and chair setup for long-term comfort
