Nymbus is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to join our Launch client support team. This remote-first role is ideal for candidates with call center or financial services experience who are passionate about delivering seamless customer service through phone and digital channels.

Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S.)
- Must be flexible to support a 24/7/365 contact center schedule
- Occasional travel required
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, secure messages, and digital communications from digital bank clients
- Support new account onboarding and accurately process customer applications
- Troubleshoot client issues across multiple systems, ensuring first-contact resolution
- Monitor and review digital bank applications in line with regulations and onboarding policies
- Participate in system testing, data validation, and new code verification
- Document and resolve issues with accuracy, discretion, and compliance
- Engage in continuous professional development, training, and coaching
- Actively contribute to process improvement and team collaboration
What You Need
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Call center or bank/credit union customer service experience (e.g., Teller, CSR)
- Strong technical proficiency with hardware, software, and diagnostic utilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client engagement abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (premium pay available)
