Schedule
- Contract, independent contractor role (1099)
- Flexible scheduling—you set your own hours
- Program operating hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM CST
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
- Not available to contractors in CA, NY, PA, or WA
What You’ll Do
- Handle domestic and international high-dollar travel bookings
- Provide expert knowledge of client travel offerings, processes, and policies
- Manage new reservations, changes, cancellations, and customer inquiries
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency
What You Need
- Professional high-end travel booking experience (domestic & international required)
- Strong understanding of travel processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive with high-demand callers while maintaining professionalism
- Proficiency with Windows-based PC systems
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (Windows 11 required; tablets not supported)
- Broadband wired internet (minimum 10 Mbps; no Wi-Fi or mobile internet)
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Dual monitors (one full HD, 1920×1080 resolution or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free of interruptions
Earnings
