TridentCare is hiring a Lab Dispatcher to coordinate service orders for field personnel in a fast-paced, call center environment. This role ensures accurate and timely communication between facilities, physicians, and technicians to deliver reliable service.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM EST
- Pay: $15/hour
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch orders within 15 minutes of entry and confirm receipt with technicians
- Document order changes requested by facilities or physicians
- Coordinate ETAs between technicians and facilities
- Reassign orders to different technicians when needed
- Contact facilities for scheduling or rescheduling as necessary
- Support inbound customer service calls when directed
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy call center environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Private, distraction-free workspace
- High-speed internet (Fiber or Cable preferred; DSL and Satellite not recommended)
- Ability to pass TridentCare’s Network Performance Test (PC required; Chromebooks not supported)
