Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
- Pay: $20/hour (range: $14.50–$20.00 depending on location and experience)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls to process orders for medical services and equipment (e.g., home health, wheelchairs, physical medicine)
- Manage fax and email requests for medical services
- Perform triage, prioritization, and outbound calls as needed
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document verification
- Communicate with providers and clients via phone and email
- Process high-volume assignments accurately and efficiently
- Follow contractual guidelines and company policies
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of call center experience
- 1–3 years of data entry and typing experience
- Healthcare, workers’ compensation, or insurance background preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency with attention to detail and accuracy
