Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.)
  • Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zone
  • Hourly, non-exempt position

What You’ll Do

  • Process provider invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the billing manager and associates with projects and tasks
  • Communicate openly across internal and external teams
  • Deliver hospitable, professional customer service in every interaction
  • Adapt to evolving processes to increase efficiency and reliability

What You Need

  • 1+ years of billing, invoicing, or high-volume data entry experience
  • Court reporting or legal billing experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Mac, PC, and digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack; wiki platforms a bonus)
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing legal-tech startup
