Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
- Equipment provided for remote positions
- Standard weekday schedule
What You’ll Do
- Identify appropriate FSC and insurance company from eligibility responses
- Review denials and rejections, correct errors, and refile claims
- Document patient accounts clearly for team-wide understanding
- Escalate system malfunctions or data issues to supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of registration or eligibility experience
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to analyze claim issues and take corrective action
