What You’ll Do
- Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end, including billing, collections, and denial management
- Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue performance
- Collaborate with clinical and financial stakeholders to streamline workflows
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with revenue cycle best practices and industry regulations
- Contribute to other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 5+ years of accounts receivable or revenue cycle management experience
- In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Strong background in payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team mindset
