Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (approved in AL, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, NE, NH, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY)
- Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
- Weekends and most holidays off
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to identify and retain at-risk accounts
- Problem-solve and de-escalate customer concerns while ensuring contract accuracy
- Provide solutions that improve customer satisfaction and strengthen loyalty
- Work independently to deliver the best outcomes while collaborating with team members
- Receive coaching, ongoing development, and pay-for-performance opportunities
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience (retention-focused preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and business metrics
- Private, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet (50mbps download / 25mbps upload minimum; DSL, Cable, or Fiber required)
Pay & Benefits
- $16.00–$20.00/hour plus commission, based on experience
