Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, remote role
- $17/hour starting pay
- Start date: Monday, October 27th
- Residency required in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX
- Paid Time Off available after 60 days (perfect attendance required during the first 60 days)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from members and caregivers regarding orders, products, billing, and account services
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and product guidance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records
- De-escalate situations with empathy, research issues, and resolve problems effectively
- Promote and upsell additional products and services to existing members
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the member experience
- Meet personal and team performance objectives
What You Need
- 2+ years of call center or member-facing customer service experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a home office with reliable internet and a private workspace
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
