Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Saturday, between 6 AM and 8 PM PST
- Remote, U.S.-based role
- Pay: up to $18/hour base + monthly bonus
What You’ll Do
- Call prospective members to introduce the Wellth program and guide app download/use
- Build rapport, answer questions, and overcome objections with empathy
- Support members through enrollment and ongoing feedback outreach
- Provide clear, patient communication for populations managing chronic conditions
- Represent Wellth with professionalism, patience, and compassion
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and follow structured processes
- Knowledge of iOS/Android mobile technology
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
