Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote across 48 U.S. locations

What You’ll Do
- Work defined campaigns to match Aetna Medicare members with the right plan
- Present Medicare options compliantly and effectively via inbound and outbound campaigns
- Acquire new members and cross-sell additional products to existing members
- Handle inquiries related to benefits, utilization, and retention
- Maintain strict compliance with CMS and state regulations
- Use CRM tools to document interactions and track outcomes
- Meet sales goals and performance metrics while delivering high-quality service
What You Need
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Active health insurance license or willingness to obtain (support provided)
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Medicare sales and call center experience
- Familiarity with MAPD/DSNP product offerings
