Schedule
- Hybrid: at least 3 days in-office for candidates within 50 miles of a Farmers corporate office
- Remote available for candidates outside the 50-mile radius
- Full-time role with structured schedules
What You’ll Do
- Support agents and clients with sales and administrative account transactions
- Provide information and resolve inquiries about Farmers Financial Services products and processes
- Place outbound calls to assist agents with sales or transaction support
- Assist with client account servicing requests and provide product information
- Develop knowledge of securities, variable life insurance, and broker-dealer services
- Track calls and sales activity using internal systems and software
- Participate in team meetings, share process improvement ideas, and support quality reviews
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (2-year degree or progress toward 4-year finance/economics degree preferred)
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required within 90 days of hire (Farmers provides support)
- Brokerage experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and influence best practices
