Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote role available in 49 U.S. locations
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
- Draft, edit, and review legal/regulatory plan documents (SPDs, amendments, SBCs, restates)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing self-funded plans
- Lead or support onboarding, process updates, and team refresher training
- Deliver high-quality documents, free from errors in language or formatting
- Influence business processes and policies to improve information quality
What You Need
- 3–5 years of plan writing experience (self-funded or fully insured)
- 3–5 years handling restates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce experience
- Ability to lead change, motivate others, and provide constructive feedback
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
