Unison Infrastructure is seeking a Data Researcher / Caller Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact with property owners and set appointments for Account Managers. This role combines outbound calling, pipeline management, and data input to support strategic growth in the real estate investment sector.

Schedule
- Full-time | Remote within the U.S.
- Standard business hours with call-center pacing
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual call-setting targets
What You’ll Do
- Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads to schedule calls between property owners and Account Managers
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual call-setting and closing goals
- Track origination waterfall activity to ensure pipeline stability
- Provide user-experience feedback to improve origination processes, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain market competitiveness
What You Need
- Prior call-center sales experience
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV (required)
- Knowledge of real estate closing processes is a plus
- Background in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables is highly valued
- Some college or equivalent work experience
