Help transform healthcare for moms and babies. Pomelo Care is hiring Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialists (Spanish/English) to connect families with our innovative, tech-enabled care platform. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact, enrolling patients and educating them about the resources Pomelo offers to improve maternal and newborn outcomes.

Pomelo Care is a mission-driven startup dedicated to reducing preterm births, c-sections, NICU admissions, and maternal mortality. Our multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem-solvers partners with health plans to deliver personalized, evidence-based virtual care throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn care. We’re committed to creating measurable impact and ensuring healthier outcomes for families.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT
- Remote, U.S.-based (dedicated private workspace required)
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services
- Educate patients and families about clinical and social resources available through their health plan
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient questions with empathy and accuracy
- Document outreach activities and maintain timely, accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and care teams to ensure patients receive appropriate support
- Achieve enrollment goals and KPIs, contributing directly to Pomelo’s mission
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Motivated by performance metrics and goal achievement
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Occasional overtime availability
