- Requires strong internet, secure workspace, and availability for full-time collaboration
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, managing care plans and administrative tasks
- Research, advise, and coordinate healthcare-related needs (providers, medications, insurance, facilities, bills, appointments)
- Collaborate with the global care team and back-end Care Advisers
- Support families with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a solutions-focused approach
- Assist with training, product feedback, and special projects during peak periods
What You Need
- Bilingual in English and Hindi; Urdu, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, or Gujarati a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (healthcare-related preferred)
- 4–6+ years of healthcare or holistic case management experience (social work, geriatric case management, or equivalent)
- Ability to develop and manage care plans across complex situations
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, providers, and terminology
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
