Schedule
- Fully remote, full-time role
- Eligible states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA
- Set shift options include:
- Mon–Thu 10:30am–7:00pm CT, Fri 11:00am–7:30pm CT
- Mon–Fri 10:00am–6:30pm CT
- Mon–Wed 10:00am–6:30pm CT, Thu–Fri 10:30am–7:00pm CT
What You’ll Do
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential patients and caregivers, introducing Rippl’s care model with empathy
- Perform dementia-related screeners to assess needs and recommend next steps
- Educate families on Rippl’s services and encourage enrollment where appropriate
- Schedule initial appointments and ensure smooth transitions into care
- Document outreach efforts in Salesforce and EHR (Athena) and meet performance targets
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, outreach, intake, or patient engagement
- Comfort conducting screeners, assessments, or intakes
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce, Athena (EHR), and cloud-based phone systems
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment (60+ outbound calls per day)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a secure, private workspace
