Schedule

  • Full-time role
  • Remote, U.S. based
  • Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM ET, including weekends as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of 12–20 outbound call center agents, providing coaching, feedback, and development
  • Monitor performance metrics, inventory, and forecasting to ensure SLA compliance
  • Partner with clients and internal audit teams to implement quality programs
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, PTO, and payroll approvals
  • Collaborate with SMEs to maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Act as the primary client contact for day-to-day communication and service alignment

What You Need

  • 3–5+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team lead role
  • Strong customer service orientation with proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills for performance metrics
  • Background in healthcare administration (coding, billing, transcription, or clinical office work) preferred
  • Adaptability to manage change and evolving client priorities

  • Salary range: $50,000–$62,000/year (DOE)
