What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers, Brokers, and operations with advanced clerical and administrative tasks
- Obtain and maintain a valid Property & Casualty license (if not already held)
- Prepare and process quotes, finance agreements, invoices, and state affidavits
- Conduct policy checks, manage renewals, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain accurate transaction records in AMS and other systems
- Assist with audits, compliance filings, and training of new staff
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Provide customer service through email, phone, and shared inboxes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of surplus lines or insurance industry experience OR Property & Casualty license with 1+ year admin/CSR experience
- Background in administration or accounting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional, customer-service focused demeanor
