Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Full-time role
- Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM EST
- Hourly rate: $15/hr
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch orders to field service personnel within 15 minutes of entry
- Confirm receipt of orders with technicians
- Coordinate ETAs between technicians and facilities upon request
- Reassign orders when needed to ensure timely service
- Handle inbound customer service calls as directed
- Document order changes requested by facilities or physicians
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
- Previous dispatch or routing experience preferred
Work-From-Home Requirements
- Private, distraction-free workspace
- High-speed internet (Fiber or Cable recommended; DSL/Satellite not recommended)
- Must pass TridentCare’s Network Performance Test on a PC (Chromebooks not supported)
