Schedule
- Remote role (U.S. based)
- Full-time, $25/hour
- 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, with Wednesdays off
What You’ll Do
- Support members via chat, email, and phone with empathy and professionalism
- Relay member needs to providers and assist with clinical communications
- Coordinate with pharmacies, including completing prior authorizations
- Protect patient privacy under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance
- Maintain knowledge of EHR and communication platforms
- Contribute to a culture of harm reduction and patient-centered care
What You Need
- 1+ year of healthcare experience (knowledge of medical terminology preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse populations, including members, staff, and vendors
- Comfort seeking guidance and support when needed
- Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health is a plus
- Passion for supporting recovery-focused care
