Schedule

  • Remote role (U.S. based, 1099 contractor)
  • 35–40 hours per week
  • Shifts between 7 AM – 11 PM EST, Monday–Friday
  • 3–4 weekend shifts per month (Saturday/Sunday)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining professionalism
  • Accurately document interactions in the company database
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

What You Need

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software

Tech Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 desktop/laptop (no Macs or tablets)
  • i5 processor or better, 8 GB RAM minimum
  • Wired internet connection, 50 MBPS or faster
  • Two monitors, sound card with speakers/headset
  • Approved antivirus software (ESET or McAfee)
  • USB headset required
