What You’ll Do
- Manage customer relationships with a focus on retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Build account plans and pipelines to meet revenue retention targets
- Negotiate multi-year renewals, annual price increases, and expansion opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with top clients
- Collaborate across customer-facing teams to deliver a world-class experience
- Provide leadership with accurate revenue and retention forecasts
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of sales and/or account management experience
- Strong customer-driven mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Interest in staying on top of industry trends and best practices
