  • Remote role (U.S. based)
  • Temporary, full-time, non-exempt role
  • Expected duration: Late Nov/Dec 2025 – April 2026
  • Hourly pay: $25/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Answer, triage, and transfer client calls with top-tier customer service
  • Manage high-volume written and phone client communications
  • Create, assign, and monitor cases to balance team workload
  • Provide navigation support and troubleshoot minor technology issues
  • Document client interactions clearly and thoroughly

What You Need

  • 1+ year in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with urgency
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
  • High discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
  • Experience in HR or interest in growing HR knowledge preferred
