Responsibilities
Working Solutions seeks experienced travel reservation representatives to help customers book their dream vacations. Bookings will be both domestic and international, with each booking being a high dollar purchase. Contractors will act as client brand ambassadors and provide expert, detailed information about the various journeys the client offers, answer questions about existing travel plans, and make changes, additions and cancellations to existing travel plans.
Contractors MUST have professional travel booking experience.

Skills Needed
- REQUIRED – High-end travel booking experience, both domestic and international
- Understanding of travel processes and procedures
- Strong PC literacy in a Windows environment
- Determination to achieve customer satisfaction from high-demand callers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Schedule
- Flexible schedule opportunities – you create your own schedule!
- Program is open during the following hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8:30 am and 6 pm CST
- Wednesday between 9 am and 6 pm CST.
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system
- Microsoft Defender antivirus software (included with Windows 11) installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone (for training)
- Dual monitors, one with at least 1920×1080 resolution (full HD)
Important Information
We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
