Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (open to candidates in Europe)
- Must be available weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
- Shifts are 5 days per week, scheduled within a 7-day cycle to cover 24/7 operations
What You’ll Do
- Deliver fast, accurate, empathetic support via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve issues related to shifts, payments, and platform access in real time
- Navigate CRMs (Zendesk/Salesforce) and Google Workspace tools to manage cases and maintain records
- Troubleshoot problems with sound judgment and escalate when necessary
- Personalize communications with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Monitor trends, flag recurring issues, and suggest process improvements
- Support onboarding for new workers to build their confidence and trust in the platform
- Uphold Clipboard’s values: speed, ownership, and uncompromising standards
What You Need
- Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of customer support experience (chat or voice)
- 2+ years of CRM experience (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- 2+ years working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
