Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (mandatory)
- After training, shifts vary within operating hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
- Sat: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM EST
- $1/hr shift differential for Saturday shifts
- $2/hr shift differential for shifts ending at or after 8 PM (local time)
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons
What You’ll Do
- Place inbound orders via fax and phone for medical supplies
- Engage with customers via various channels: calls, fax, email, text, and web
- Handle high-volume, back-to-back calls from healthcare providers, patients, and referral sources
- Address and resolve order issues, product questions, and discrepancies
- Maintain order accuracy while following regulatory and company standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers to resolve complex issues and ensure first-call resolution
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of high-volume call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and maintain focus under pressure
- Experience working remotely preferred
- Must have a quiet, private home office and high-speed hardwired internet (Wi-Fi not allowed)
- Must meet strict connectivity requirements and use company-issued hardware
