Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Standard start time: 10 AM CST
- Must provide reliable high-speed internet (no satellite or 5G) and dual monitors (22” each with HDMI and Display ports)
What You’ll Do
- Schedule radiology appointments (mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, CTs)
- Handle patient concerns and provide imaging information
- Make outbound calls to coordinate appointments
- Document all interactions in management software
- Participate in regular coaching to enhance performance
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of customer service or equivalent work experience
- Typing speed of 35 wpm minimum
- Familiarity with Windows PC, Outlook, Word, Excel, and related systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Empathy, cultural awareness, and patient advocacy mindset
