Schedule
- Training: 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Full-time, remote role with weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Verify member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, and claim statuses
- Explain copayments and estimate out-of-pocket expenses
- Achieve goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client, and company regulations
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Provider Service Representative in health plans
- Strong multitasking skills with computer systems and call handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stay productive and focused with repetitive tasks
Compensation
- Up to $18/hour
- Weekly pay
- Salary adjusted by location and experience
