Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET (first three weeks: Monday–Friday training schedule)
- Remote anywhere in the U.S.; New York City presence is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them into care
- Conduct outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups
- Re-engage patients who fall out of contact to ensure no one is left behind
- Use a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach to enrollment conversations
- Track enrollment data to identify growth opportunities and improve processes
What You Need
- 2+ years in a client-, patient-, or customer-facing role with proven rapport-building skills
- Comfortable with outreach, including cold calling and follow-up engagement
- Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple platforms in a remote-first environment
- Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting
- Data-driven mindset for measuring outcomes and system improvements
