Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Process end-to-end semi-monthly payroll for U.S. and Canada employees (timesheets, garnishments, benefits, taxes, variable payments)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations
  • Process stock-based compensation transactions (ESPP, RSUs, stock options)
  • Audit and maintain payroll records with accuracy
  • Respond to employee inquiries on pay, taxes, and deductions
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Equity, Accounting, and Legal teams on payroll-related matters
  • Support month-end close, audits, and year-end reporting
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support international payroll processing

What You Need

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience, including U.S. and Canada payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance laws
  • Experience with Workday Payroll
  • Public company experience with stock plan transactions and SOX compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to partner across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent
  • Experience with ADP SmartCompliance, EY Payroll Operate, NetSuite, or Fidelity

Compensation

  • Zone 2 (CA outside Bay Area, CO, CT, DC, GA, IL, MA, MD, NY/NJ except NYC, OR, RI, TX, VA, WA outside Seattle): $80,000 – $107,000
  • Zone 3 (all other U.S. locations): $75,000 – $100,000
  • Eligible for RSUs and annual bonus program
