Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, remote within the U.S.
- Salary: $50,000 – $80,000/year (Colorado: $55,000 – $75,000)
- Bonus + equity opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Respond to user inquiries via ticketing and chat support systems
- Troubleshoot bugs and data issues; document and escalate to engineering when needed
- Communicate resolutions back to clinics in a clear, professional manner
- Manage daily and weekly admin tasks including account reviews, credits, and item reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, vendor, and partner teams to recommend enhancements
- Support clinics with demos, proactive account management, and feature guidance
- Help improve support workflows and contribute to process documentation
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant, technical-facing support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing software (Intercom or similar preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first mentality and proactive attitude
- Startup/tech experience is a plus but not required
